CHEFS & RESTAURANTS

Buy truffles knowing where they come from.

Tuber Exchange is building a professional market connecting truffle hunters and kitchens. Registration is open to prepare the first exchanges.

Start with your kitchen’s needs.

Specify species, quantity, destination and desired delivery date. Add size, appearance and preparation requirements. A precise request helps sellers respond without unnecessary back-and-forth.

Register now with an email or phone number. Registration prepares the launch; it creates no order or payment.

Information to request for every lot.

An entry should explain what is offered before committing to a purchase. A photo or species name alone does not guarantee quality.

  • Declared species and lot origin.
  • Harvest date, available weight and minimum quantity.
  • Photos of the actual lot and a description of its condition.
  • Seller’s business identity and available documents.
  • Price excluding VAT, payment fees, packaging and shipping itemised.

Arrange receipt before dispatch.

Buyer and seller must agree on transport, packaging, tracking and a time when someone can receive the parcel. Arrival checks and problem-reporting procedures must be known before dispatch.

A shared record helps prepare the delivery plan and record participants’ declarations. Tuber Exchange does not book transport. No delivery deadline, cold-chain service or automatic refund is promised at this stage. Initial commercial routes still require validation.

What you can do today.

Explore demo entries, simulate fees and register your business. A signed-in account also saves a profile and indicative requests. Examples are labelled and reserve no stock.

Future public lots undergo profile and lot review. This administrative review does not replace product inspections.
