Start simply.
Registration asks for a name, contact, country and activity. You can specify species, typical volumes and listing periods. No paid subscription is required at registration.
To submit a lot in your account, first create a signed-in seller profile. Information is reviewed before a lot can become public.
Prepare a useful lot entry.
Photograph the actual lot. State species, origin, harvest date, weight, declared quality and price per kilo. The form also asks for a minimum quantity and an availability end date.
Description and documents must match the shipped product. Significant profile changes require another review. Expired lots leave the public market.
- A photo of the actual lot.
- Documented origin and harvest date.
- Available weight and minimum quantity.
- A price in euros per kilo excluding VAT.
- Verifiable business information.
Understand fees before selling.
The business model plans a seller-paid 1% platform commission on sold truffle value excluding VAT. Payment-provider fees will be added according to the chosen method. Transport and possible inspections will be quoted separately.
The calculator offers several payment simulations. The provider’s final commercial terms remain to be agreed. No payments are collected on the site today.
Prepare the parcel’s departure too.
Real incoming requests appear in your account. Reply and prepare a delivery plan with the buyer: dates, packaging, receipt, cost and declared coverage. Transport booking remains outside the platform.
You can already apply and prepare your information. The platform does not award official truffle certification.
Free registration. No payment at this stage.
